Refuge Christmas Giving Tree - Parent Sign-Up Form (One Form Per Child)

This Christmas, we want to help make the season a little brighter for families in our church community through our Giving Tree. Please fill out one form per child.

If you’d like your child(ren) to be part of this year’s Giving Tree, please fill out the form below. Each child’s age and gender will be placed anonymously on a tag on our church’s Giving Tree in the foyer. Individuals and families from our church will then choose a tag and purchase gifts based on your child’s interests.

All gifts will be available for pickup December 15–20 and will come unwrapped so that you can wrap them yourself and give them to your children — making the gift-giving experience personal and special.

Your information will remain confidential. ❤️ To help make the Giving Tree fair and meaningful for every child, we recommend a gift range of $30–$50 per child.

Important Dates:
Please fill out this form by Friday, November 28 (the sooner the better!)
The Giving Tree will go up on Sunday, November 30.
All gifts can be picked up at Refuge between December 15-19 between 8am-5:30pm (please use the Canaland entrance).
